Contacting JayWay was my last chance to go on a trip to see my daughter while she was on a separate trip in Europe. They were all responsive and accommodating to our needs. JayWay took care of our family and ensured our trip was a pleasant one to remember!

JayWay Travel makes everything so easy, personalized, and seamless when I travel, especially as a solo traveler. It's a great mix of guidance and security of having knowledgable, responsive, and effective help a phone call away if needed, but also a lot of independence and personal time to do whatever I want.

Having done many overseas trips with a variety of travel companies, I will say without a doubt, that the JayWay Travel experience was by far the best.
I think that the JayWay philosophy of “personal attention from start to finish”, and ensuring travellers are made to feel and stay safe, is a definite winner and sets your company apart from anything that I know on the current market
