We just returned Friday from our multi-year postponed trip to Hungary, Austria, and Czech Republic.
The four of us traveling were very impressed with all aspects of JayWay Travel team’s efforts from planning to execution.
From concern over our well being to the flexibility on the fly to adjust to our missed flights, there was instant response in every case.
The guides besides their terrific "care and feeding” of us, all added a dimension that made the trip special. Each in their own way shared the common trait of a willingness to get personal on their lives in their home countries
Congratulations on building a great company with terrific staff.
Hopefully soon we will start planning our next trip to Greece and then Istanbul!

We have not regretted for a moment, we entered the Jay Way world. Within minutes they had sent us an itinerary for our proposed trip and later gave us several selections for accommodations at various levels of comfort. We saved ourselves hours of self inflicted searching, pondering, reserving and unnecessary risk. We were comforted greatly at the transition points, i.e., being met as we arrived at each location, having a city tour to orient us to each city, and then transport to either the train station or by shuttle to our next destination. We recommend Jay Way Travel without any reservation. The time, energy, and effort they saved us was worth every dollar of their fee, which by any accounts was very reasonable.
- Howard & Dayna - Oregon
Jayway makes traveling stress free. They handled everything so all I had to do was enjoy my vacation. Kevin was my planner and he was on top of everything. He responded to my emails quickly, any time we made changes to my itinerary he sent me the updated version the next day! Martina was my contact person and she was very friendly & helpful. I also liked having a local cell to contact her, it was nice having that security if I needed help."

Everyone went above and beyond any expectations!

Outstanding job, well-done, by all we met. JayWay is well respected among the hospitality industry folks on the ground, and the respect is well deserved. Excellent guidance, everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive, both when setting up the trip from the US, as well as when we were on the ground in Europe.
- Ed & Kathy - Boulder, CO
JayWay Travel was exactly what we needed in planning our vacation. The folks at JayWay are very friendly and knowledgeable. They offered us some great recommendations in terms of places to see and restaurants to eat at. The tour guides are excellent and provided us with a fascinating overview of the cities that we visited. The boutique hotels that we stayed at were very unique and nice, and they were all within close proximity of the city squares. Their expertise and assistance allowed us to travel with ease and experience Prague, Krakow and Budapest to the fullest extent. We enjoyed our trip immensely and would definitely recommend JayWay to anyone considering traveling to Central Europe!
- Julie & Mathew - St. Louis, MO
JayWay took a lot of hassle out of the trip and gave excellent guidance & suggestions in finalising the individual cities on our trip. This was clearly based on considerable experience with each of the countries. We particularly loved the transfer service at each location. It was most welcome when arriving somewhere tired and not knowing where to go! The local contacts also provided outstanding help and guidance on the road and the mobile phone was a great idea.
