Bosnia & Herzegovina Vacation Reviews

JayWay made it possible for us to experience a complex and fascinating region with confidence, excellent local support, and thoughtfully selected guides and activities. The trip gave us access to places, people, and experiences we would have struggled to arrange on our own.

This was a custom made trip we asked for and although there were many moving pieces, nothing went wrong.

We found the natural landscapes of Albania breathtakingly beautiful and the history, both ancient and modern, fascinating. The food was amazing and we loved our guide. Albania was a surprise package for us, we didn’t know what to expect and we absolutely loved it.

This was our second European trip with JayWay Travel and they didn't disappoint. Both times the trip has been well planned, to meet our needs and expectations. We highly recommend and would certainly use again.

Since we'd never used JayWay Travel before one wonders how things will go on such a huge trip. Everything went like clockwork....they didn't disappoint even once in almost 3 weeks!! Bravo!

JayWay Travel provides flexibility in arranging an affordable trip tailored to your desires

JayWay Travel was simply awesome! The professionals at JayWay Travel were amazing and the suggestions they provided to us were all perfect and took away the stress of planning a very complex itinerary over 4 countries! The local guide Josipa was fantastic, so prompt, professional and accurate in her suggestions. We loved having the phone provided for our trip and we always felt safe knowing we had a local contact. Absolutely perfect trip and I will certainly be using JayWay Travel again for future travels and will recommend to all of my friends & family!! Thank you JayWay Travel for a trip of lifetime !!!

JayWay Travel was very professional, responsible, and accommodating. Minor changes in plans (e.g., different pick up time) were accomplished easily and effortlessly. The website, planners, tour guides, and drivers are excellent.

JayWay Travel makes all the arrangements based on our wishes. All details are addressed, and makes vacation worry-free. This is our 2nd trip with JayWay Travel and have not been disappointed and would use again.

JayWay Travel is an extremely organized travel company who makes sure every detail of your trip is covered. Their website is very user-friendly and provides you with all the information needed for a very enjoyable, stress-free journey.

You are the kings and queens of travel!

We have not regretted for a moment, we entered the Jay Way world. Within minutes they had sent us an itinerary for our proposed trip and later gave us several selections for accommodations at various levels of comfort. We saved ourselves hours of self inflicted searching, pondering, reserving and unnecessary risk. We were comforted greatly at the transition points, i.e., being met as we arrived at each location, having a city tour to orient us to each city, and then transport to either the train station or by shuttle to our next destination. We recommend Jay Way Travel without any reservation. The time, energy, and effort they saved us was worth every dollar of their fee, which by any accounts was very reasonable.
