1. Day 1 Arrival in Paris

   Paris is situated in the northern part of France. The city sprawls over both banks of the Seine River and on two islands: the Îles Saint Louis and the larger Île de la Cité. The historical city center is built around the Seine, and it has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. For a glimpse into the oldest part of Paris, take a stroll along the Seine and around the 1st and 4th districts to admire iconic landmarks, such as the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris or the Louvre Museum, among others. But leave some space and time for the rest of the city's districts, as each of Paris' 20 arrondissements possesses incredible treasures to discover.

   Welcome to Paris! We'll arrange for a driver to meet you at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and drive you to your centrally located accommodation. The journey time to the city center is about one hour.

2. Day 2 Your First Full Day in Paris

5. Day 5 Traveling to Bordeaux by Train / Arrival in Bordeaux

   

   You're leaving Paris behind today and heading to Bordeaux. We will arrange a transfer to the train station and second class tickets. There are a few train departures to Bordeaux daily, so you can choose your preferred departure time. Then just sit back and relax on the roughly 2 hours journey. An upgrade to the first class is available for an additional fee.

   Part of the Nouvelle - Aquitaine region in the southwest of France, the city of Bordeaux spreads around its crescent-shaped harbor. The so-called Port of the Moon is inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for being a place of exchange of cultural values over the centuries. Yet Bordeaux owes its fame almost exclusively to its wine-making culture and traditions. Dotted with century-old vineyards and fairytale-like castles, the stunning countryside of the Nouvelle - Aquitaine region is where the famous French wine is born before it travels to all corners of the world to warm the hearts of wine enthusiasts from all across the globe.

   Today, you will be able to discover the most famous landmarks in Bordeaux in just a couple of hours. When it comes to wine-themed tours in or near Bordeaux, the choices are plenty. Our first suggestion is a day trip across Médoc, a wine-making region renowned for the prestigious wines it produces. During this tour, you'll have the chance to visit some of the area's top wineries and marvel at the most magnificent castles along the Routes des Chateaux, France's scenic castle route. 8. Day 8 Traveling to Lyon by Airplane / Arrival in Lyon

   

   After your time in. city known for its wines you're headed to what many regard as the gastronomic capital of France. From Bordeaux to Lyon, the best option is to take a flight on the low-cost airline easyJet. They have reasonably priced direct connections on this day.    The third-largest city and second-largest urban area in France, Lyon is situated at the confluence of the rivers Rhône and Saône. Traveling to Lyon feels like entering a triple-faced city. One has grown along the banks of the Saône and onto the Presqu'île (peninsula) since the time of the Roman Empire, leading to the creation of the largest Renaissance district in France. The second one goes beyond the Rhône to the East and dates from the eighteenth century onwards. The third one, to the South, coincides with modern Lyon's beating heart in the contemporary Confluence district.

   We'll arrange for a driver to meet you at Lyon Airport and drive you to your centrally located accommodation in about 30 minutes.

9. Day 9 Your First Full Day in Lyon

There are a few train departures to Nice daily, so you can choose your preferred departure time. Then just sit back and relax on the roughly 4 hours and 30 minutes journey. An upgrade to the first class is available for an additional fee.

    When you arrive at the train station in Nice, a driver will be there to meet you and take you to your accommodation.

12. Day 12 Your First Full Day in Nice
