1. Day 1 Arrival in Paris

   Paris is situated in the northern part of France. The city sprawls over both banks of the Seine River and on two islands: the Îles Saint Louis and the larger Île de la Cité. The historical city center is built around the Seine, and it has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991. For a glimpse into the oldest part of Paris, take a stroll along the Seine and around the 1st and 4th districts to admire iconic landmarks, such as the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris or the Louvre Museum, among others. But leave some space and time for the rest of the city's districts, as each of Paris' 20 arrondissements possesses incredible treasures to discover.

   Welcome to Paris! We'll arrange for a driver to meet you at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and drive you to your centrally located accommodation. The journey time to the city center is about one hour.

   Our representative will then meet with you to answer any questions you have and to get you settled for the rest of your trip.

3. Day 3 Your Second Full Day in Paris

   

   Getting to Know Paris, One Museum at a Time

   With a plethora of superb art collections, some of the world's most recognizable masterpieces, and several museums where rich history and impressive architecture reign, it's no wonder that Paris is often called the City of Art. From the most-visited museum in the world, the Louvre, to museums dedicated to famous artists like Picasso and Rodin, to collections showcasing the life and work of fashion icons, such as Yves Saint Laurent, Paris has it all. 4. Day 4 Traveling to Avignon by Train / Arrival in Avignon

   

   Filled with precious memories, you're leaving Paris behind today and heading to Avignon. We will arrange your transfer to the train station and provide you with second-class tickets. If you prefer, you can upgrade to first class for an additional fee. There are several departures from Paris to Avignon daily, and you can choose your preferred departure time. Once on the train, sit back and relax the train ride. The journey lasts about two hours and 45 minutes.

   Small in size but full of history, the capital of the French department of Vaucluse is an unmissable city in the Provence region. Once the capital of the Christian world, Avignon is a city that enchants visitors with the splendor of its architecture. Sprinkled with buildings and monuments ranging from the new to the old to the very old and the ageless, or wandering in the medieval streets and around the ramparts that dominate the banks of the Rhône River is a constant journey through time. Every July, Avignon blends the past with the present and the future as it turns its architectural wonders into performance venues during the much-loved Festival d'Avignon.

5. Day 5 Your First Full Day in Avignon

6. Day 6 Traveling to Nice by Train / Arrival in Nice

   

   You're leaving Avignon behind today and heading to Nice. We will arrange your transfer to the train station and provide you with second-class train tickets. If you wish to travel first-class instead, you can do so for an additional fee. There are several train departures to Nice daily. Therefore, you can choose your preferred departure time. The train ride lasts about three hours and 45 minutes.
